[Video] Make Indie Games In Cape Town!

When announcing the launch of Cowabunga Industries, I mentioned a that our first gig under the new name was making an infomercial to promote overseas developers visiting Cape Town. Well, here it is:

This video was shown around GDC and A MAZE Berlin this year, as a way to encourage international devs to consider Cape Town as a comparatively very cheap city to live in while working on games. We think that by bringing in talented devs from abroad it help grow our own industry and inspire our community.





For all of us already living in South Africa hopefully seeing this video can leave you feeling stoked about making games in this awesome country. And if you have any overseas friends that need some extra encouragement to spend a few months making games over here, then send this their way!
