Spam on the wiki

I was just browsing the wiki and found that there's quite a lot of spam. Don't know if anyone is aware of this or not. Here's an example:

Just click the random page link and you will see what I'm talking about. I apologize if this is a known problem already, I haven't been on here in quite a long time!

It's a known issue, mediaWiki tends to be targeted by bots quite drastically. I was supposed to email @fengol with the tools we used on the Desktop Dungeons wiki to nuke spam accounts. Thanks for the reminder :)
