Last day of Pax10 submissions today!
Shit.
Shit shit shit shit shitSHITshitShit! Aaaargh!
... Oh, wait, they don't require a video this year anymore. I was going to just use our old one again as a last resort, but I'm glad that's not an issue.
So if you've got $50 (down from $100 last year too, yay!) and a game that you want a chance to aim the PAX firehose at (I'm looking at you, Broforce) go here and sign up!
Last year we apparently nearly made it: Desktop Dungeons was in a panel called the PAX11-13, which gave various game industry pros' perspective on what you could have done to make your game better. We had an invite to PAX, but no floor space meant that it would have been really hard for us to get the game in front of people. The game's grown a ton, so I hope we can do better this year!

Then the 15th must be the deadline for Indiecade.
AAAAAH!
At least I got our PAX DD submission in. I'm hoping for a clean sweep of rejection letters ;)
Nice work getting DD in. I hope you wrong about those rejection letters, and your only regret is that you didn't moisten up for the arse licking you're going to receive.
Seeing as we got rejected before, I tried something different with our game description: The hope is that it catches more attention than a list of things that DD does/has/plays like.

Broforce is a hyperviolent platform shooter. It features 90′s blockbuster movie action heroes making up the Broforce team – an under-funded vigilante paramilitary organisation – saving the world from satanic alien terrorist investment banker businessmen in non-stop, fast paced co-operative strategic mayhem.
Broforce is still in development – though it is playable online right now. The full game will feature:
Explosions.
Camera shake.
Destructible terrain.
High-Fives.
All the power of the 80s and 90s at your finger tips.
A battle against terror as dozens of action heroes, each with distinctive attacks and special brobilities.
Local bro-op play and online multiplayer bro-op.
Deathmatch arenas with leaderboards and rankings.
A level editor, the ability to challenge your friends, and share your custom levels.
Chug cold ones in your Brofort or on a boat.
Vehicular action sequences, dinosaurs, aliens, epic Contra-inspired boss fights, nuanced and strategic combat, explosive action and deadly stealth.
More explosions.
For every terrorist killed in Broforce, a terrorist will die in real life.
If you believe in LIBERTY and JUSTICE, you will play BROFORCE, and you will love it (Or at least vote for us on Steam Greenlight).
