The interviews were good, no idea why Edward didn't come out to our office and we had to do ours via email (maybe Table View is too far away :P)
Nearly got sucked into the discussion in the comments, but I managed to come to my senses eventually. I don't feel like the internet is going to be sensitive enough to the serious issues that result in the racial makeup of local game development, nor would many of those commenters understand what we're trying to do to change that.

However I might have been having a messy day, on the day the good Edward Love arrived (which was for me an unannounced arrival).
I might go as far as to say immaculately kept beard. On a good beard day.
I would hate to give game developers a bad beard image.
What would the Linux programmers think?
So keep fighting the good fight.
