About the Company:

Our company specializes in creating virtual reality training solutions for various industries, including mining, marketing and construction. We are seeking a Senior VR Game Developer to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain VR training simulations and games
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including artists, designers, and project managers, to create engaging and interactive VR experiences
Stay current with the latest VR technologies and trends, and continuously innovate to improve our offerings
Debug and optimize VR simulations and games for performance, stability, and compatibility
Develop and maintain code, art, and asset pipelines to ensure efficient and streamlined development processes
Mentor and lead junior developers in the team

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in developing VR simulations and games
Strong understanding of VR development tools and technologies, including Unity3D, Unreal Engine, and VR hardware
Proficient in C# or C++ programming languages
Strong experience in designing and implementing VR interactions and mechanics
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Passion for VR and a desire to continuously learn and innovate in the field
