Arcade Survival Game Prototype

Hey all.

I've been working on an OpenGL renderer and have built a small test game with it. It's inspired by an old iPhone game I was addicted to way back. I'd just like to show some people and get feedback! Specifically, if it runs OK (assuming it runs at all), how the controls feel, and if I should take it any further.

The goal is to kill the red dots using the green bombs. You gain more points by doing so in rapid succession. You die if you touch them.

Mouse moves the player.
Restart with Alt-F4
