Looking for a volunteer in a game company in JHB/PTA to have a youth shadow them for a few days

I have a family friend's kid whose super keen to be a game designer, specifically game graphic design.
He would like to shadow someone in a game company in JHB / PTA for a few days to learn the trade.
I can only help him so far as someone doing this in my own time at home but I feel like he would have a lot more benefit getting info directly from the source.
