Games Creator Brunch at the Goethe-Institut / 16 September

Coinciding with A MAZE Johannesburg Festival and Fak'ugesi African Digital Innovation Festival, we invite game creators and enthusiasts to join us for a Games Creator Brunch in our brand new Library-Gamebox-Hub, which is designed as a space for Joburg’s gamers, developers and creative professionals.
Here’s what to expect:
>> In conversation: Riad Djemili (game developer / Berlin), Sagan Yee (The Hand Eye Society / Canada), Shane Marks, Mark Jackson, Michelle Matthews (Serious About Games / Cape Town). Moderated by Sithé Annette Ncube (A MAZE. / Johannesburg 2017)
>> Explore our new Library –Gamebox-Hub, try out games on a variety of platforms and enjoy a late Saturday morning meal with guests from across the world
>> Find out how to apply for the upcoming “Game Mixer”, which is a creative camp for game developers, including a 48-hour game jam, coming to Joburg in November
Shuttle busses available from Bannister Hotel at 9.30am and 10am. Transport back to Bannister at 1.30pm.
