Very happy to say that we've secured a venue for SA Game Jam (Weekend on 1 Sep to 3 Sep) in Joburg at the Goethe Institute Gamebox Library!

So anyone who're up for jamming that weekend in Joburg please leave a note here for your attendance, as we would like to keep track of numbers - if we have numbers beyond 18 people we need to make some special arrangements.

One important thing to remember is the scope of what you do. When just starting out you'll mostly be figuring out your development environment and what it can do. Which is often going through a tutorial or two and then trying to iterate on the result from that into something a bit more unique,
You all can arrive at the venue from 5PM onwards.
There is some extra security in place for the jam. Access will be restricted at night, so you won't be able to go and come back in.
