Selling an app on the Google Play Store when in South Africa

Hi Everyone, I was wondering if any one that sells their games on google play have figured out how to do in-app purchases and/or sell their games on there. Due to google not allowing this cause we are in South Africa I was wondering if anyone worked out a way to make it work? Would really appreciate any feedback :-)

I thought that in 2017 this would have been fixed by the time I release my game.
