We are using Photon for SRD. Sam (the programmer) says it's amazing... I'm not too technical but apparently it makes everything very easy. Dedicated servers are also pretty stable and far better than P2P in most circumstances.

Isn't Photon purely P2P with a middleman?
Sam tells me they have dedicated servers in Europe, US Asia etc. I'm not much of a programmer that's what he said... Might be pseudo-dedicated as you suggest.
