RenderHeads: Junior/Mid Developers Required

We are kicking off on a couple of large installations for some international museum clients, and are hiring developers to join our team. The hardware for each one is specifically targeted, and there are some that have additional peripherals, like radial controllers and Kinect. We're looking for people that are available for between 15 and 40 weeks, ideally starting between November and March.

What you'll do:
Create each assigned app from prototype through to final stage, including the integration of supplied UI, media and 3D assets as required
Work with the technical team lead and the creative director to find the right balance between form and function
Deliver high quality and well-structured code
Design, architect and implement game/app features
Take an active part in game/app creation

Required things:
1+ Years Unity 3D development
2+ Years C# (inclusive to the above)
Experienced with Unity GUI, Object Oriented Design principles and script writing in C#
Strong knowledge of object oriented design, design patterns and data structures
A background and interest in 3D, real-time graphics/games and interactive development
Experience with distributed source control

Nice-to-have things:
Experience controlling hardware from software, and vice versa
An interest or experience in vision computing, like Kinect
Some level of design sense
Strong maths/logic skills are desirable

Ability to handle pressure
A pro-active and enquiring personality
Meeting deadlines is important to you
Ability to work on your own as well as within a team
