What's stopping people from just downloading it and using the serial keys provided by Adobe...?
edit: oops, oh so they ARE releasing serial keys on the page? That's good of them :) Bravo :)
From the little I've read, it's not intended for just anyone. Except that where once it just required an AdobeID, they've now made the page open to anyone and everyone. Meanwhile, some employee(s?), not official staff, claim that it's only supposed to be available for those who have CS2 licences, whereas the community manager says they're just not going to chase up on anyone who didn't actually purchase CS2 who uses the new downloaded version; sort of implicit permission if you will. Which is a pity, because they could have turned this into such a positive marketing thing.
