To start getting feedback just start a thread for your game! Tag it as a [project] in the title so people can quickly see that this is a post about a game. You'll obviously want to include links for community members to play your game (the more options you have for this the better). Some screenshots, gifs or videos of the game will go a long way to enticing people to check your game out too.
It's also a good idea to give people some background on the project. Why are you making this game? What do you hope to learn in the process? Who is your target market? What are you happy with and what are you hoping to improve? Details like these can help community members give you the best feedback possible.
