Hi everyone

QCF and Free Lives are planning to be at the Cool Runnings toboggan track on Tuesday the 18th from 14:30 onwards. You're welcome to join us while we hurl ourselves down the hill and hang out in the shade between runs. There's a chance that we'll organise a braai at the QCF house afterward too :)
