Hi All, just a reminder that IESA is organizing a trade mission to Germany to attend Gamescom 2016,

If your company has existed for longer than 1 year, or you have been operating as a sole proprietor/contractor in the games industry for more than a year and you'd like to join us, please apply!

    I am filling out the form now :) In the section related to products available for exports PM capacity, how would we fill that in with regard to software product we have for sale?

    Does "Entrance to the Expo" just include a normal consumer ticket? Are there any plans for getting floor space at the event? Unfortunately stuff like the Indie Arena Booth has already closed applications, so showing games at Gamescom might not be possible now?

    @Bensonance we are looking at getting about 36m2 floor space as part of the "Countries" hall in the business area. The ticket provided is a full access pass to business and consumer areas for the duration of the entire show

    I emailed this to nick but I thought I would also ask it here as I think it is relevant to everyone applying:

    The SSAS_Individual_Application_Form-IESA_GC_2016.pdf form specifies a Certificate of registration issued by the Commissioner of Customs and Excise except in the case of missions. Is this then a requirement for our submission to gamescom? (I haven't yet applied for one of these so I hope not! - I get the feeling its going to take a week or two for sars to turn it around)
