Looking for Indie game developers in S.A that would be open to assisting me with my Honours research project.

What I am looking for (throughout the year) is to meet up 1-2 times (more if needed).
It will be on an informal basis (no suit and tie needed).
Email correspondence will be fine. Skype will be better (and faster in my opinion).

1). Formulate a general background view on the gaming industry in S.A (past, present and future).
2). Try to determine the managerial competencies needed for game developers to thrive (and drive innovation and sustainability) in S.A.
3). (Maybe) How this industry can positively impact the economy.

It would be preferable if you are based in Cape Town or Stellenbosch (as I am currently at Stellenbosch University) but I will also be in Port Elizabeth during varsity breaks.

    It's probably a good idea to outline the kind of assistance required? Do you need people to do work, or just give some info? Do you need private company knowledge/info/financials or just opinions? How many hours do think it'll take?

    @UDP I am based in Stellenbosch, and we can have a chat. Some more info about what you might expect from me might be good. Is this like 1 or 2 meetups? Or a regular work thing? Because I can do the former but not the latter.

    Thanks for getting back to me. 1-2 meetups should be enough. However, I am trying to accumulate as much information as possible. It will be a very informal thing. Not too sure how long it will take and will probably depend on a variety of factors.
