Looking for a junior game programmer

I am a math educator running a small writing company. I want to develop math based games, and have a small budget to do so.
I am based in Pretoria but am active in Pretoria and Johannesburg. I prefer someone around these parts so we can actually meet.
I have written the story lines and movements, and am looking for someone to merely program the game in 2D and/or 3D.
Ultimately, my aim is to have apps/programs downloadable for free from my website.
I imagine myself working with a junior (or someone completing studies). But am open to anyone.
