[PAID] Looking for 2 Developers + 1 Animator to work on Puzzle Platformer

We are looking to add 3 members to the team in order to meet our desired Christmas release deadline. The positions are available to be filled immediately and will run for the next 5 months with a possibility to stay on board for further development.

We are based in New York so you would be working from home on your own time, however this would mean being available in the evenings for skype meetings every day.

It is a strenuous deadline and not for everyone, a lot needs to be produced in a short period of time so if you are up to it send us your portfolio to dev@albertandotto.com

Here are the positions

Unity Developer C# (2 positions)


* Take an active part in game creation and specification of the game utilizing Unity, Steamworks SDK and Android SDK.
* Ensure assets are efficiently integrated into Unity engine while preserving artistic integrity and performance
* Communicate with production and artists to successfully delivery the project
* Deliver high quality, well-structured and efficient code
* Share knowledge, and help and mentor colleagues
* Have what it takes to roll up your sleeves and get dirty with Unity3D.


Requirements:


* Has commercial experience of working with Unity3D and C#
* Has skills in 3d vector math and physics
* Can program complex gameplay behaviors.
* Has experience of Mechanim animation system
* Has experience on UI development and third part plugins
* Create clean and efficient code and tests in C#

Animator/3D Artist:

Excellent animation skills are a must for this position, more so than modeling. The story of Albert & Otto is told through gameplay and animation, there is no spoken word and everything is communicated through character movement. Must have 3D modeling and rigging skills as they will be required to create new animated assets for the game from sketches. The assets are low-poly and rely heavily on style and silhouette shape so perfect modeling skills are not necessary.

Your animation and modeling skills must be of a higher caliber than what is currently present in the game.

* Create and Rig 3D models from scratch
* Animate Cutscenes in the game
* Animate cycles for NPC's and Enemies
* Work closely with developers in integrating animations into the game


Requirements


* Preferably an expert with Maya
* Has worked on a game before
* Experience with game cycle animation
* Has experience with Unity animation integration
* Experience with Pose to Pose and straight ahead animation
* In depth understanding of the Animation principals
* Be able to tell a story through motion
* A discerning eye for detail
* Ability to work in a self-directed manner and in a collaborative team environment
