Because they’re also starting out, they’ll probably charge lower rates, and maybe you can barter your way into a deal based on exchange of services. Score!
The upshot of this is that from day one you will start networking, and networking is pure gold for the entrepreneur. Your experience will be in demand, and in return you will turn to others for their experience, and before you know it, you’ll have a growing client base and you haven’t even left the office.
