I think it's a pretty awesome tool for making quick concept art sketches, textures for 3D objects or game backgrounds etc.

Both paint suggestions very nice. I'm inspired to but a graphics tablet now :D

I tried to use it and found it kinda gimmicky, unless you want to make nice shiny fluid looking images. I am however used to working in Photoshop without the blending tools and this program is very blending orientated.
