They're 2 separate events. Your 7DFPS project doesn't have to be procedural. I'm planning something for the procedural jam.

@Tuism If you are in Cape Town combine 3 by jamming the last hours of the procedural and 7DFPS at UCT's jam ;)

@Tuism I might be doing the 7DFPS proc jam combination thing, but need to have a reasonable scope for whatever I'm doing because I'll likely be learning quite a bit of Unity at the same time.

@argh no such luck for CT :P I'll be neck-deep in the two jams here :) I'll try to proceduralise as much as possible but my focus would be on the 7DPFS :)

@Ramperkash it's the best way to learn! I learned Unity in my last LD48 with this little guy Landshark :)

3 people. Timeframe dependent on availability but roughly mid November.

Are you allowed to buy assets and scripts for the game jams?

It depends on the rules of the particular jam, but normally yes; whatever assets you have to hand without copyright infringement
