Should we have a category for solicitation?
There seems to be a lot of new threads offering skills or promoting specific companies recently. While that's not a bad thing on its own (it means that our visibility is up, yay) it does seem to clutter the projects category. Often these offers are simply posted once and people rarely come back, would it make sense to have a category that's obviously for this sort of posting so that people can filter meaningfully?
