[no problem!] Afrihost hosting X Godaddy domain

edited in General
OK it was only a matter of time to wait for the propagation to happen :) Nothing to see here :P

Hi guys, this should be simple... but apparently it's not...

I bought a domain name with Godaddy, and hosting with Afrihost (the ignorance of these actions can be a separate topic of discussion after I sort this out :P)...

Now I can't find HOW to link the Godaddy domain with that hosting.

I've pointed the nameservers, according to the mail Afrihost sent me it's:
ns.dns1.co.za
ns.dns2.co.za
ns.otherdns.com
ns.otherdns.net

But going to the domain http://www.twoplusgames.com doesn't give me any indication that it's pointing to the right hosting.

How do I go about this? Google hasn't turned up anything particularly useful...

As ever, thanks guys :)

  • It may have taken some time to propagate, but if I go to the URL, I get an Afrihost holding page.
  • Thanks guys yeah apparently it's just a time thing, I was just not sure how generic nameservers would get to a specific bit in a shared hosting... But ok they got their voodoo magic and no complaints from me :) Thanks thanks :)
  • The name servers have a record of the domain on them, so those DNS name servers (dns1.co.bla) would be owned and managed by godaddy. They are the largest domain registra in the world (by like 20%) so that have all the juicy generic domains.
Also, always look for a coupon with goaddy, I got a few domains for 2$ in January!
