KICKSTARTER - SAVE RHINO DRONE PROJECT

Guys I wish to start an open source/open hardware drone for use by game reserves in southern Africa for anti-poaching roles - and others as well, related to monitoring and statistical work regarding wildlife to prevent extinction of species. The intention is to make it cheap to operate and maintain. Anyways, here is the doubt and hopefully someone may have some advice:
I want to Kickstart the project, but I see that the first requirement is to be either American, Canadian or Newzealander, but on the other hand I saw at their page that some projects have been financed by Kickstart in Cape Town. Can someone inform me how could I Kickstart this project being a South African?

    Hey Mario, you'll either need to incorporate a company off-shore to collect the funds and then transfer them in here, or you'll need to partner with someone overseas to do the same things.
