Anyone know anyone who wants to do some well paid client work?
I got contacted by a friend about some client work.
The short of it is this:
It is for a game/simulation that requires Kinnect controls.
The client is involved in mining. They have money for more than one project, one of which is sort of a Kinnect cycling installation game, and one is for doing a few things in a mine simulation.
These are for installations, not fully featured commercial games.
There is a 6 week deadline.
It will be very well paying (the client is a mining company). Though I'd expect for that amount of money they expect a fair level of execution. I'd think you'd need a reasonably skilled team to be able to do this
Like I say. I'm not really the one to speak to, but I'm keen to help my friend out, and also, I'd like for that money to flow into the hands of South African game developers (who then do something cool with the profit).
Please post suggestions if you know anybody.

Is FuzzySpoon still available for work? This sounds like something he'd be really keen on.
(I'm not trying to suggest it's a fortune either. But for someone who needs a way to fund a team of game developers getting a client like this who pays well might be good. Like the way QCF managed to fund the initial development of Desktop Dungeons)
My skillset - design, illustration, no 3D, 6 years experience. Can speak code. Worked at Gloo, created Otaku.
