The Tizen Organization’s “Tizen App Challenge” is giving away more than $4 million in prizes to more than 50 developers in nine categories in preparation for the launch of the Tizen Store anticipated later this year.

Did you also know that GameMaker: Studio’s Tizen export is available now to users of GameMaker: Studio Professional and Master Collection which allows them to create games and then export them to the Tizen platform at no additional cost?

Dear game developer,

To celebrate the imminent launch of Tizen – the exciting new mobile ecosystem from Intel and Samsung – YoYo Games is offering you more chances to win with a new competition featuring $60,000 in cash prizes!
YoYo Games’ Tizen Game Drive kicks off November 21 and runs through January 31, 2014. It features a competition as well as a random, cash prize giveaway that all entrants are eligible for. As part of the competition, YoYo Games will award cash prizes to entries judged on the following criteria: graphics, audio, controls, gameplay and fun. All entrants are automatically entered into the random prize draw offering 40 lucky individuals prizes of $1,000 each.
Cash prize break down:
· 1st place will receive $10,000 (one winner)
· 2nd place will receive $2,500 (two winners)
· 3rd place will receive $1,000 (five winners)
· Random prize draw winners will receive $1,000 (forty winners)

How to enter

Whether you are an aspiring developer or a seasoned veteran, now is the time to submit as many of your games as possible to increase your chances of winning. Reap the benefits of publishing your game or games to a brand new mobile ecosystem in time for launch!

Important dates

The competition start date is Thursday November 21, 2013.
Games need to have passed Tizen certification by Friday January 31, 2014.
Games need to be submitted to YoYo Games by Friday January 31, 2014.
The competition closes Friday January 31, 2014.
The competition judging period begins Monday, February 3, 2014.
Winners will be notified by YoYo Games on or before Friday, February 28, 2014.

is there a web page for the Yoyo specific compo? I can't find anything that isn't the Tizen compo, and that is def not allowing SA
