I am an organisational development consultant looking for a JV partner to do some work which I suspect will be very interesting. Essentially looking to make games which help us to understand how people are thinking. I am available to meet in either Cape Town or Johannesburg in October. Sounds interesting. You could consider bouncing the ideas you have off the people here (i.e. "post the ideas and they will rain feedback down upon it").

But if you have funding and want to get a professional company to handle development, that list is probably your best bet :)

Also, coming to the local meetups in CT and Joburg is a great way to meet many of the devs in person.
