Cricket racing was tons of fun, maybe change the "yeaay" at the end but the motor sounds are awesome also was I just lucky or do the ones you bet on have a better chance to win?

Gloobies really requires your immediate tactical reaction which is great, however I find the bulky mouse even though it fits the over all style makes it hard to select things quickly because your not sure where the pointer really is.

Gloobies lab was probably my favorite and the most frustrating, maybe music can ease the frustration or perhaps im only frustrated because i'm not good at it, either way I think music will do it well. The need to find out how the higher evolved Gloobies look like is strong.

    Thank you for sharing.
  • @Bernard thank you for the review and kind words!

"was I just lucky or do the ones you bet on have a better chance to win?"
Pieter Visser our developer on this fun little game, says " He can neither confirm, nor deny this *hint* *hint*" haha
This game probably won't get an update, was just a quick and dirty little game hehe, also pixel art doesn't scale well on different mobile resolutions, but we wanted to test the HTML5 market with pixel art and Japanese market games. They love their competitive Crickets!

Noted, Gloobies Worlds still needs some improvements and extra content, when I get a chance. The mouse is only visible on desktop devices, and disappears for mobile devices (yes play in mobile browser, all these games please)...

Gloobies Lab, the whole intention was to make a cute addictive game for moms and their daughters (like my wife). I actually made it for her, since she loves 2048. It is also currently our "flagship" or in our views or best game. Music was cut due to size of game, since art quality was higher, and we need to keep mobile HTML5 constraints in mind. But I agree. We may in future add music and more effects here.

So far the HTML5 market is relatively quiet, so if we need to improve the game we shall, otherwise soon we will self publish to native mobile devices...
  • Just quick reply since I am currently working on my blog post, I vote HTML5 just needs to improve it self thats it, if it wants to be great and internet is getting faster and better across the world then we shouldn't adapt to html it should adapt to everyone.
