    From last meetup:

@ashashza said he'd like to give a talk called "2019: 20 lessons from 19 prototypes.

@TerryPogger said they'd like to show " Dream Song" for focused feedback.

Reagan (sp?) said they'd like to show "LIT: luminescent twilight" for focused feedback.

Could the three of you please confirm that this is still what you want to do?
  • @damousey Yup, I'm still keen to do a prototypes and lessons talk.

It's super fitting that @fengol will be there because the idea for the talk was inspired by him mentioning it's worth reflecting on one's past year at the JHB meetup :)

  • Hi, never been to a meet up before. But interested in going, just to listen and gain some knowledge. So will try to make it.
  • I think that might be a new record: a full meeting agenda just hours after the event is posted! Hope the focused feedback games can confirm :)

    Haha, yeah.
I don't have a way of pinging Reagan (or Keegan?memory is a bit fuzzy) afaik, they aren't a member here yet.

    Hey Hey,

This is me... Reegan. Sorry, running behind schedule and will unfortunately not be able to demo next week.
  • If there is still a focused feedback slot open I'd like to get some scrutiny on our game TurboDrift AR

  • What is the speaker lineup for the night?
  • Currently the list I have for the agenda is:

    Talks
    - 2019: 20 lessons from 19 prototypes by @ashashza
    - Creating a machine learning program to play a racing game by @Fengol

    Focused Feedback
    - Dream Song by @TerryPogger
    - TurboDrift AR by @Gnoblar_agency
  • Where do you park?
  • @ashashza, any chance you can turn your presentation game into a slidedeck to share on the forums (I recommend via slideshare.net) ? I thought it was really valuable
