I looks like they are opening a VR arcade in claremont. Any one know any details about this project, haven't heard much about this till now.

I am particularly interested to find out where they got the HTC Vive's from ;)

    They probably just bought them? They *were* on sale not that long ago.

    yeah i guess they did. They are available for purchase, but not officially available in South Africa AFAIK, they must've shipped it via US or bought it from an amazon reseller for an inflated price.

    I guess what they are trying to do is kinda cool - would be nicer if they did something like the zero-latency setup: https://www.zerolatencyvr.com/

    HTC vive's were shipped, unfortunately HTC is doing a useless job in SA! Please support the first virtual reality arcade in South Africa! We open on Monday the 4th of July - opening specials and discounts too!

    Zerolatency is cool, we love what they do, its definitely on our minds and something for the future depending on the interest in the VR arcade.
