I would say it depends a bit on what your goals are. If you are just looking for a place to host a prototype you probably don't need a custom hosted solution that took months to develop.
If you are trying to make a website for your game you can look at weebly which I am currently using over here.
@roguecode I've found VS Code to be a far superior experience for Web Dev than the full VS. VS doesn't handle paths with long names very well and seems a bit heavy and bloated for a dynamic language. With full plugin support VS Code seems to be coming into its own. It is certainly faster than Atom.
@NickCuthbert, ah ok. Yeah, I certainly see the draw of it being lighter. The limiting factor for me, is that it doesn't have Resharper yet (AFAIK). Once that is supported I'd probably use it for Unity stuff.
@roguecode Don't get me wrong. I love visual studio. I use it every day, and for .NET and/or static languages it is unmatched. But VSCode just seems to be a better experience for WebDev.

@petrc Ive been using Visual Studio Code for about a month now and I must say I am very impressed. And there is Unity support : https://code.visualstudio.com/Docs/runtimes/unity.
For pure html, http://www.htmlpad.net/ is awesome - but you need to know html/css as it is not wysiwyg.
The best wysiwyg is probably dreamweaver: http://www.adobe.com/africa/products/dreamweaver.html
