Shared office space available for rent

Formula D has recently moved into a great space in Gardens that's a little bigger than we actually need right now so we're looking at renting out the extra space. There are actually two spaces that can be used as one or used separately. They're about 9sqm each. One is a bit nicer than the other because it has views of Lions Head and Table Mountain. We'd, ideally, like to rent the space out to people who could work with us on projects as and when the need arises. One or both can be closed off to be lockable.
