A: The one Free man
Ok so here is my very late entry to the pixel compo, I think alot of the shading is wrong any and all sugestions are welcome as this is the art direction I want to exel at.

This looks pretty good, I like the face. Other than that the proportions on the body looks off... It feels like he's got a tight belt around under his belly and he's quite fat? The rounded look + the way the waist goes in suddenly (straight straight straight SQUEEZE straight straight) makes it look like that. I think the arms are too short. in relation to his body too.
Otherwise your detailing is pretty good :) And please make a 4x zoom version so we don't have to squint :)
